AI Transparency Policy

How AI powers Creator DNA and product generation on Forgeo, what it can and cannot do, and the responsibilities that come with using it.

Effective date: July 28, 2026Last updated: July 28, 2026

This AI Transparency Policy explains how Forgeo (“Forgeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses artificial intelligence in the Service, what data is involved, which providers power different features, and the limitations, safeguards, and responsibilities that apply. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

1.Overview

Forgeo is an AI-native product for creators. We use large language models and generative image models to analyze audience signals, build a Creator DNA profile, generate written digital products, and produce marketing assets for product launches. This Policy describes what those systems do, what they don’t do, and how you can use them responsibly.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • AI Features means the features of the Service that use machine-learning models to generate, transform, rank, or analyze content, including Creator DNA, product generation, launch assets, cover suggestions, and recommendations.
  • Inputs means the prompts, uploads, Connected Platform data, Creator DNA signals, and other material submitted to AI Features.
  • Outputs means the text, images, recommendations, or other material produced by AI Features in response to your Inputs.
  • AI Provider means a third party that operates foundation or hosted models used by the Service, such as OpenAI.

3.How AI Is Used in Forgeo

AI Features power core parts of the Service, including:

  • Analyzing your connected YouTube and Instagram signals and any reference material you upload.
  • Extracting a structured Creator DNA profile that captures your voice, positioning, audience, and content themes.
  • Recommending digital product concepts and generating opportunity scores, transformations, and evidence summaries.
  • Drafting written digital products such as ebooks, guides, playbooks, and workbooks, section by section, in your voice.
  • Suggesting titles, subtitles, descriptions, and cover directions, and generating cover images.
  • Assembling a launch kit with a phased calendar and marketing assets across supported platforms.

Some non-generative features (such as ranking, similarity detection, and quality checks) may also use machine-learning components internally.

4.Creator DNA

Creator DNA is generated by prompting an AI Provider with signals derived from your Connected Platforms and reference material. The model returns a structured profile that we validate against minimum quality thresholds, sanitize, and store in your Account. Creator DNA is used to steer downstream AI Features so that Outputs reflect your voice, positioning, and audience. You can recompute or delete Creator DNA at any time from your Account.

5.AI Product Generation

When you start a product build, we generate the product section-by-section using AI Features guided by your Creator DNA, the approved product plan, and any reference material you have uploaded. Generation is resumable and can be cancelled at any time. Draft Outputs are stored in your Account and remain fully editable by you.

6.Launch Kits and Marketing Assets

Launch kits use AI Features to plan phases, draft marketing copy, and adapt Outputs to the conventions of supported platforms. Platform adapters format Outputs to reasonable structural requirements; they do not evaluate whether a specific piece of copy complies with an individual platform’s advertising or community policies. You are responsible for confirming compliance before publishing.

7.AI Cover and Image Generation

Cover generation uses generative image models informed by a structured creative brief that we produce from your product context. Generated images may contain artifacts, stylized typography, or elements that require refinement. You are responsible for reviewing every generated cover before using it commercially and for confirming that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8.Third-Party AI Providers

The Service uses hosted models operated by third-party AI Providers, including OpenAI. Where you configure a specific provider or model, or where we route requests to different providers for reliability, cost, or capability reasons, your Inputs and Outputs may be transmitted to and processed by those providers subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

9.Model Training and Data Use

Under our current configuration with AI Providers, your Inputs and Outputs are not used to train the providers’ foundation models. We do not use your Content or Outputs to train foundation AI models ourselves. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage metrics (such as latency, error rates, and structural quality signals) to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.

10.Inputs and Outputs

You retain ownership of your Inputs as between you and Forgeo. As between you and Forgeo, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the Outputs generated for your Account, subject to (i) rights of AI Providers and third parties in the underlying models, software, and training data, and (ii) the license you grant to Forgeo in the Terms of Service to operate, secure, and support the Service. Similar Outputs may be produced for other users; we do not grant exclusivity over any Output.

11.Limitations of AI

AI Features are probabilistic. They generate plausible content based on statistical patterns, not verified facts. Outputs can be incomplete, out of date, internally inconsistent, or wrong, even when they read as confident. AI Features are not a substitute for professional advice, and no Output should be relied on as legal, medical, financial, tax, psychiatric, or other professional counsel.

12.Hallucinations and Factual Errors

AI Features may hallucinate — that is, produce statements, citations, quotes, statistics, names, or references that appear authoritative but are not accurate. This includes plausible but fabricated case studies, testimonials, URLs, or research citations. You must independently verify any factual claim before relying on it, publishing it, or presenting it to your audience.

13.Bias and Representational Harms

Foundation models reflect patterns in their training data and can reproduce cultural, demographic, or ideological biases. Outputs may under-represent certain audiences, use uneven tone across groups, or reinforce stereotypes. Where representation matters to you or your audience, you should review Outputs critically and edit them to reflect your intent.

14.Human Review and Editorial Control

You are the editor of everything you generate on Forgeo. All Outputs are surfaced to you in an editable form before you can export, publish, or distribute them. You can accept, revise, or reject any Output, and you can regenerate individual sections. No Output is auto-published to any third-party platform without your explicit action.

15.Accuracy and Verification

We design AI Features to reduce common failure modes, including structural validation of Creator DNA, sanitization of Outputs, corrective retries where responses are materially incomplete, and guardrails against prohibited content. These measures reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of inaccurate Outputs. Verification of factual claims, brand alignment, tone, and legal suitability remains your responsibility.

16.User Responsibility for Outputs

You are solely responsible for how you use Outputs. That includes reviewing Outputs before publication, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable law, respecting the intellectual property and privacy rights of third parties, and clearly distinguishing AI-generated material from independent factual reporting or professional advice where relevant.

17.Intellectual Property in AI Outputs

The legal status of AI-generated material is evolving and varies by jurisdiction. In some jurisdictions, purely AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection. We make no representation about the copyrightability of any specific Output. You are responsible for evaluating the intellectual property status of Outputs in your jurisdiction before relying on them for commercial purposes.

18.Disclosure and Attribution of AI Content

You are responsible for disclosing the use of AI-generated material where required by applicable law, platform policy, or professional obligation, including advertising disclosure rules, marketplace listing rules, and academic honesty policies. Forgeo does not automatically attach AI-generated labels to Outputs, and you should not remove or falsify any provenance signals that we or AI Providers do embed.

19.Prohibited Uses of AI Features

Use of AI Features is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, generating child sexual abuse material, weapons-of-mass-harm instructions, non-consensual intimate imagery, targeted harassment, deceptive impersonation of real people, and content that violates applicable law. Violations may result in suspension or termination as described in that Policy.

20.Safety, Abuse Monitoring, and Enforcement

We implement safety controls, including provider-side moderation signals, structural validation, and prompt-safety checks, to reduce the risk of prohibited Outputs. We may log and review Inputs and Outputs solely to investigate suspected violations, respond to legal process, prevent fraud or security incidents, or comply with applicable law. Reviews are conducted under confidentiality obligations and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the material.

21.Continuous Improvements

We continuously evaluate model quality, latency, cost, and safety characteristics and may add, remove, or reroute AI Providers and models over time. Behavior of AI Features may change as underlying models are updated. Material changes to how AI is used in the Service will be reflected in updates to this Policy and, where appropriate, communicated through in-product notices.

22.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our AI Providers, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service or by email.
