Acceptable Use Policy
The conduct, content, and technical rules that apply whenever you use Forgeo, our AI features, or connected integrations.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct and content that are prohibited on Forgeo (“Forgeo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at forgeoapp.com, our applications, our AI features, and any connected integrations (collectively, the “Service”). This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service and applies to every user of the Service.
Capitalized terms used and not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1.Overview
Forgeo is built for creators who want to analyze their audience, generate Creator DNA, build digital products, and launch them with AI-assisted assets. This AUP exists to keep the Service safe, reliable, and lawful for every creator who depends on it. Violations of this AUP may result in the actions described in Sections 22–24, including suspension or termination, and may also expose you to legal liability.
2.Scope and Application
This AUP applies to all Content you upload, generate, submit, store, transmit, or export through the Service; to all Outputs produced by our AI features on your behalf; to every Account you control; and to any use of our APIs, integrations, or downloadable deliverables (such as exported PDFs and launch assets). It applies whether you access the Service directly, through a Connected Platform, or through a third-party tool acting on your behalf.
3.Your Responsibility
You are responsible for everything that happens under your Account, including all Content you upload, all prompts you submit, all Outputs you generate, publish, or distribute, and any Connected Platform data you authorize us to process. You must ensure that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary for us to process that material through the Service.
4.Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service, or permit anyone else to use it under your Account, to engage in any of the activities described in this AUP. The categories that follow are not exhaustive; conduct that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or that materially undermines the integrity of the Service is prohibited whether or not it is listed here.
5.Illegal Content and Conduct
You may not use the Service to create, store, generate, or distribute Content or Outputs that violate applicable law, including material that infringes intellectual property rights, defames another person, facilitates fraud or money laundering, violates export controls or sanctions, or promotes or enables criminal conduct. You may not use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so would itself be unlawful.
6.Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement
You may not upload, reference, or generate material that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes uploading pirated books or courses as reference material, generating derivative works of protected material without authorization, or using Outputs in a manner that misappropriates another creator’s brand or identity. Reports of alleged infringement are handled under our DMCA and Copyright Policy.
7.Abuse of AI Features
You may not use our AI features to attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate underlying models, weights, embeddings, or system prompts. You may not submit prompts designed to bypass safety controls, elicit prohibited Outputs, or cause the Service to impersonate Forgeo, a third party, or another user in a misleading way. You may not use automated techniques to generate volumes of Outputs that are disproportionate to legitimate creator use.
8.Prohibited AI Outputs
You may not use the Service to generate Outputs that:
- Sexualize minors or depict child sexual abuse material of any kind.
- Provide operational instructions for creating weapons capable of mass harm, including biological, chemical, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosive weapons.
- Facilitate targeted harassment, doxxing, or credible threats of violence against an individual or protected group.
- Constitute non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes of identifiable individuals.
- Provide personalized medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice presented as authoritative professional guidance.
- Deceptively impersonate a real person, brand, or public figure in a manner reasonably likely to mislead the audience.
9.Spam and Unsolicited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive marketing, engagement farming, fake reviews, or coordinated inauthentic behavior on any platform. You must comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN- SPAM Act, CASL, and the ePrivacy Directive, when using Outputs in email or messaging campaigns.
10.Malware and Malicious Code
You may not upload, generate, or transmit through the Service any viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, cryptominers, keyloggers, or other malicious code, or Content that is designed to disable, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.
11.Unauthorized Security Testing
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written permission. Good-faith security research should be reported under our vulnerability disclosure address at forgeo.support@gmail.com.
12.Reverse Engineering and Circumvention
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, embeddings, prompts, training data, or non-public architecture of the Service, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. You may not circumvent technical measures that control access to features, rate limits, or paid functionality.
13.Platform and Integration Abuse
You may not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, our infrastructure, or any Connected Platform, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive concurrent requests, cache poisoning, or intentional exhaustion of AI quota, storage, or bandwidth.
14.Misuse of Connected Platforms
When you connect a Google, YouTube, or Instagram account, you may only use the resulting data in accordance with the applicable platform’s terms and developer policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and Meta’s Platform Terms. You may not use Connected Platform data to build competing datasets, train third-party models, or perform surveillance of individuals or audiences.
15.Account Sharing and Credential Misuse
Accounts are personal to the individual or organization that registered them. You may not share Account credentials, resell access to your Account, or allow multiple individuals to use a single seat where a multi-seat plan is not in effect. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
16.Automated Access and Scraping
You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, headless browser, or other automated means to access the Service or to extract Content, Outputs, or metadata, except through interfaces that we expressly document as public. You may not use the Service or its Outputs to construct a dataset for training a machine-learning model without our prior written consent.
17.Misrepresentation and Impersonation
You may not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or qualifications when creating an Account, contacting support, or distributing Outputs. You may not present Outputs as human-authored in a context where doing so would be materially deceptive or would violate applicable law, platform policy, or professional obligation.
18.Harassment, Hate, and Harmful Conduct
You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, intimidate, or incite violence against any person, or to generate Content or Outputs that degrade or dehumanize people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, or any other protected characteristic.
19.Privacy of Others
You may not upload personal information about identifiable individuals without a lawful basis, including compliant notice and consent where required. You may not use Outputs to profile, track, or make consequential decisions about identifiable individuals in a manner that violates applicable privacy or anti-discrimination law.
20.Resale and Unauthorized Redistribution
You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service itself, or repackage Forgeo features as a competing product. You may commercialize the Outputs that you generate for your own creator business, subject to the ownership and license terms in the Terms of Service.
21.Reporting Violations
To report suspected violations of this AUP, contact us at forgeo.support@gmail.com with a description of the conduct, the URLs or Account identifiers involved (if known), and any supporting information. We investigate reports in good faith and may request additional information.
22.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, requiring removal of specific Content or Outputs, restricting access to particular features, revoking Connected Platform tokens, preserving records for law enforcement, and referring matters to competent authorities. Where we act on a violation, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate the basis for the action, except where doing so is impracticable, would compromise an investigation, or is prohibited by law.
23.Suspension
We may suspend your Account or specific features, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated this AUP, that continued use presents a security, legal, or reputational risk, or that suspension is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. Where practicable, we will describe the steps required to restore access.
24.Termination
We may terminate your Account for material or repeated violations of this AUP, for conduct that exposes Forgeo or its users to meaningful legal, security, or safety risk, or as otherwise permitted by the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends, and we may delete or retain Content and Outputs as described in the Privacy Policy.
25.Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our operations, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
